🎉 Celebrating Outstanding Academic Growth at DCI - District of Columbia International School! 🎉 School Leader Lab is thrilled to share some incredible news about how DCI students performed on the DC CAPE assessment. 📈 The Results Speak Volumes: -Math proficiency jumped by 8 percentage points, with students scoring 4+ -ELA proficiency increased by 7 percentage points, with students scoring 4+ -Strong gains across ALL racial and ethnic student groups Impressive growth among their economically disadvantaged students What makes these results even more meaningful? DC CAPE scores students on a 1-5 scale, where 4 means meeting expectations for college and career readiness, and 5 means exceeding them. DCI students aren't just improving—they're positioning themselves for future success.
