🥕 Horticulture & Short Food Chains In this study, Amped explored how short food chains can strengthen the link between greenhouse horticulture and local food systems in the Metropolitan Region of Amsterdam. Together with seven producers and SIGN, led by Dewi Hartkamp, they identified opportunities to make local production more sustainable, resilient, and community-connected.
