About us

Faith Driven Entrepreneur is a movement dedicated to equipping 1 million Christ-following entrepreneurs to step into their purpose, fulfill their call to create, and transform the world around them. -- Faith Driven Entrepreneur is both an organization and a type of person. As an organization, we exist to encourage, equip, and empower Christ following entrepreneurially minded people worldwide with world class content and community. As people, we (and hopefully you) are working to co-create alongside the master Creator businesses and enterprises that bring Him glory through their mission, their return, and their practices. But more than that, Faith Driven Entrepreneur is a movement. It is a continually growing mass of people who believe that they are God’s people sent out to do His work by building businesses that serve His plan. • “Work is worship.” — Jordan Raynor You don’t have to turn your business into a Bible study for it to glorify God. You don’t have to make every T in your logo a cross for it to count as “kingdom work.” Because as Jordan Raynor reminds us— it’s not what you do that makes work sacred. It’s who you do it with and who you do it for. Every proposal you write, every team you lead, every risk you take as an entrepreneur can be an act of worship— when it’s done with God and for His glory and the good of others. You’re not just building a business. You’re rehearsing for eternity.

  • CONFESSION: Most Christian entrepreneurs are terrified of heaven. 👼🏼 Harps? Clouds? Endless worship services? That sounds exhausting, not exciting. But what if everything we've been taught about eternity is a half-truth? Jordan Raynor unpacks what Scripture actually says about heaven: ► Earth isn't our temporary home—it will be our PERFECT and PERMANENT home ► We won't just worship forever—we'll WORK with Jesus forever ► Matter matters eternally, which means your business matters eternally ► Eternity isn't someday—it's "now in session" When you understand the new earth, everything changes: your purpose today, your hope for tomorrow, and your freedom from the tyranny of unfinished projects. • "The scars you share become lighthouses for other people who are headed to the same rocks." – Jon Acuff Entrepreneurship is never a straight path. Some risks work out. Others leave scars. But even the scars have value—because they light the way for those coming behind us. Every bold step is either: ✅ A success to celebrate ✅ Or a story to share Both matter. Both shape you. Both can encourage others. 👉 What story (or scar) has become a lighthouse in your journey?

  • “Don’t give the problem a year and the solution a week.” – Jon Acuff Too often, we give ourselves years to build unhealthy habits, but only weeks to expect change. 👉 Six years to gain the weight. Six weeks to lose it. 👉 Years of fear, doubt, or distraction. Weeks to try and fix it. That’s not just unrealistic—it’s unkind to ourselves. For entrepreneurs, this is your reminder: Growth takes time. Faithfulness takes time. Real transformation takes time. So let’s give ourselves the grace of patience. Keep showing up. Keep building. Keep trusting God with the process.

  • "You should always have new levels of fear at new levels of growth." — Jon Acuff, NYT Bestselling Author, Speaker & Leadership Expert Comment "Growth" and we'll give you access to this episode! Jon Acuff's Nashville home office tells stories of unexpected global impact—from Russian book covers to hour-tracking charts covering 3,000+ hours on single projects. But the real wisdom is in how he's learned to manage the mental soundtrack every entrepreneur battles. Key insights from this episode: → Why entrepreneurs are often bored, not burned out → The "CEO of actions, not outcomes" framework → How to retire broken thought patterns systematically → Why fear is actually an invitation to bravery → Building sustainable rhythms through major life transitions The mental game is everything in entrepreneurship. Time to flip your script. Watch the full episode on YouTube or listen on your favorite podcast platform!
