Nearly 12 years ago, Zachary Steele took a leap of faith — leaving a sales role in a small business to start from scratch as a Farmers® agency owner in Dallas, Oregon. With nothing but determination and intentionality, he built his agency one customer at a time. From qualifying for Topper Club and Championship in his first year to achieving nine Topper Club recognitions since, Zachary has shown what’s possible with grit, consistency, and community focus. His success stems from a simple but powerful philosophy: prioritize education, relationships, and customers. Today, Zachary continues to grow his agency through referrals and strategic relationships, with a reputation for being authentic and accessible in his community.
