This week, our Faulconer crew working on the James River Water Project in Fluvanna County, Virginia, stepped off the jobsite to lend a hand to neighbors in need. When Building Goodness Foundation—a local nonprofit dedicated to repairing homes for underserved communities—reached out for help rebuilding a driveway near our project site, our team didn’t hesitate. With the help of our partners at Luck Stone, Carter Machinery, and our equipment shop, we repaired the damage, reinforced it to prevent future erosion, and made sure BGF could safely access the home for critical repairs before winter sets in. We’re proud to support the communities where we build—not just through infrastructure, but through action. The James River Water Project will deliver clean, sustainable water to Fluvanna and Louisa residents for generations. Opportunities like this remind us why we build in the first place.

Here are some pictures from our Southwest Virginia open enrollment picnic, where they enjoyed good food, great company, and important conversations about benefits and resources that support our employees and their families.
