When we say Burleson Studios will be supportive housing, we mean residents will have access to an array of services designed to help them find more stability and feel like they're part of a community that cares. The City of Austin has been a generous partner of ours, especially funding our resident services. We were pleased to have Mayor Pro Tem Vanessa Fuentes and the City of Austin's Homeless Strategy Officer David Gray speak at our Progress Celebration this week.

We are incredibly thankful to the Travis County Commissioners Court for its financial support of $12 million for Burleson Studios. At the progress celebration for this supportive community we're building in southeast Austin, County leaders expressed why they're pleased to be a part of this development.

At the Burleson Studios progress celebration, we also celebrated partnerships, like the one between Foundation Communities and Mobile Loaves & Fishes. MLF is basically giving us the land for this supportive community as part of an expansion of their Community First! Village. MLF's CEO Alan Graham spoke about that, and about Tito's Handmade Vodka, who donated the land to them.
