We’re excited to announce that Hadrian has raised additional capital at a $1.6B valuation, led by T. Rowe Price with participation from Altimeter, D1 Capital Partners L.P., StepStone Group, 1789 Capital, Founders Fund, Lux Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Construct Capital, Washington Harbour Partners LP, RTX Ventures, Haystack, KAS Venture Partners, Tru Arrow Partners, and our existing investors. Demand for domestic manufacturing capacity across aerospace, defense, and critical infrastructure continues to accelerate. This expanded capital positions Hadrian to move faster in scaling high-throughput American factories, expanding its workforce, and accelerating deployment of the AI, software, and automation systems that power its operations. Hadrian is building a new generation of advanced manufacturing facilities designed to produce mission-critical components, assemblies and full product lines as part of its Factories as a Service (FaaS) with speed, reliability, and scale. The company's factory platform pairs advanced automation with a rapidly trained workforce to meet the urgency and magnitude of a generational reindustrialization effort. This expanded capital positions us to meet the accelerating, generational demand for the reindustrialization of America. We’re excited to welcome Ashley Boizelle as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Hadrian. Ashley brings a career spanning both government and industry, including leadership positions at the Federal Communications Commission, Amazon, DOGE, and most recently as Senior Counsel to the President at the White House. Ashley has worked at the intersection of technology, regulatory affairs, and national priorities, representing the country’s most important institutions, where decisions carry real consequences at scale. As we continue building the systems required to stand up advanced manufacturing capacity in the United States, the legal foundation matters. Operating in regulated, mission-critical environments requires leaders who understand the public and private sectors, the geopolitical and economic importance of reindustrializing America, and the importance of moving quickly, safely, and effectively. Ashley’s background reflects that knowledge and experience. She has worked through periods of rapid growth and public accountability, helping a variety of organizations navigate complex and high-stakes decisions without losing momentum. That perspective is essential as Hadrian’s efforts expand to new products, customers, and geographies. We’re building the next generation of American factories, bringing production, talent, and capability back to the United States. Adding exceptional leaders with this depth of experience is part of how we do that work the right way.

Today, we’re announcing a new partnership with Lockheed Martin to accelerate the future of defense manufacturing. Hadrian’s Factory-as-a-Service model will embed directly into Lockheed production lines, streamlining critical programs and strengthening supply chain agility. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to driving American innovation at scale and to rebuilding U.S. industrial strength. We are hiring Training Specialists in our LA factory. If you have experience teaching or ran a line and want end-to-end ownership, you will run station training, certify technicians, write and maintain SOPs, and bring new processes online. Our Workforce Development team works at production speed and measures outcomes on the floor. Details in Mike Stopper’s post.

We are excited to announce a $260m Series C led by Founders Fund, Lux Capital, and Morgan Stanley for Factory Expansion financing. We're also welcoming new investors Altimeter and investments from existing investors Andreessen Horowitz, Construct Capital, 137 Ventures and many others. Lastly, but far from least, Delian Asparouhov led our original seed round, now leads our Series C, and is joining the Board of Directors as we scale out capabilities and facilities for the national mission. This capital will be deployed to help our customers and the DOD manufacture faster, at scale, and onshore with us - creating millions of new, advanced manufacturing jobs over the coming decade. We're also announcing: Factory 3 (4x the scale of Factory 2 for machining) in Arizona, online by Christmas 2025; Factories as a Service for parts, assemblies and products driven by DOD and Customer demand, and our entry into Welding, Casting, Additive and other manufacturing domains. Dedicated divisions for Maritime and Munitions to meet the scale and speed needed to reclaim our birthright as the industrial superpower of the world; And... 500k sqft of new R&D and HQ Space to enable rapid capability expansion. Scope of responsibility is to manage the evolution of our quality system to integrate specifications of each new customer. This is a key enabler for the company's growth.
