We don’t just research and discover new treatments and cures in NJ – we actually manufacture them here, too! But it’s not like making widgets – it requires intricate training. Where do we find the workforce with these skillsets? Well, we train them ourselves! NJBioFutures is a partnership between New Jersey’s community colleges and our state’s life sciences companies that trains and certifies the workforce needed to support our state’s rapidly expanding biomanufacturing sector. We’re developing the workers who fill these in-demand, high-paying jobs that produce the actual treatments for cancer, autoimmune, neurological and genetic disorders. We are literally saving lives around the world by discovering (and manufacturing!) new treatments and cures right here in New Jersey.
