It looks like it shouldn’t be that easy to handle — but it is. 💪 When you’re moving serious water, control matters just as much as flow. That’s why HEN engineered nozzles that work with you, not against you — delivering the volume you expect without the fight. Because when your equipment performs, your crew performs. Fight the fire, not the nozzle. #HENNozzles #HENArmy #NozzleKnowledge #Nozzleman #Firefighting #FlowingForward

Transforming fire defense with advanced technology.
About us
HEN Technologies is a deep-tech company building the world’s first end-to-end intelligent fire suppression ecosystem, powered by AI, IoT, and advanced fluid dynamics. The company’s mission is to modernize how the world prevents and responds to fires by replacing outdated, manual systems with connected, data-driven technology that is more water-efficient, and intelligently coordinated across every layer of the fireground. Through its patented Fluid-IQ™ analytics platform and IoT-enabled nozzles, valves, and pump controls, HEN is transforming fire response from a reactive process into a predictive, adaptive network. In just two years, its technology has been adopted by over 750 organizations worldwide, including CAL FIRE, the U.S. military, and leading international fire agencies. More than a hardware company, HEN Technologies is building the digital backbone for global fire defense—unlocking real-time data, AI-driven insights, and system-wide coordination that will define the next generation of emergency response.

Pressure shouldn’t mean punishment. A well-engineered nozzle maintains flow without excessive reaction force, giving firefighters better control, less fatigue, and more time to focus on suppression. HEN® nozzles balance flow and pressure — optimizing performance where it matters most: on the fireground. #HENNozzles #HENArmy #NozzleKnowledge #FireServiceInnovation

HEN Nozzles is growing fast — and we’re hiring. We’re looking for Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) across the U.S. — both full-time and part-time — to join one of the fastest-growing companies in the fire service industry. This is an opportunity for firefighters and fire service professionals who want to take their passion for the job beyond the fireground. As an RSM, you’ll work directly with departments in your region to introduce HEN’s innovative nozzles, shutoffs, and fire suppression technology that are transforming the way firefighters operate. If you have firefighting experience or a background in sales to departments and municipalities, we’d love to connect. 👉 Apply here: https://lnkd.in/ej8C28fv

In this example, the firefighters move through three rooms in the flow path on a single story house fire with the fire at the rear of the house. Notice the thermal conditions behind the fire attack team! When the nozzle is opened, watch the colorization diminish! When the nozzle is opened, watch the heat across the surfaces contract! This demonstration was provided by the BLADE pattern on the HEN 160 GPM nozzle. Thank you Insight Training LLC and Andy Starnes.
Concerned about thermal inversion? What happens when an attack team opens the nozzle late? When they move past a large amount of heat but then open the nozzle just before the fire room? Depending on the application, the ventilation profile, and if they are on the same level as the fire, the results may vary… While we always advocate for fire attack teams to open the nozzle early, to flow in the right location and for sufficient duration but this doesn’t always happen! In high-stakes fireground operations, flow is only part of the equation — control is what makes it count. The BLADE™ 500 moves 500 GPM with precision, offering wider coverage to cool and contain without exhausting the crew. It’s not about throwing water for the sake of numbers; it’s about directing it with purpose, speed, and impact. That’s what smarter suppression looks like. When you control the fire, you control the fight. #HENArmy #BLADENozzle #FireSuppressionScience
