Melina has built her career at HITT by supporting some of our largest and most complex projects—including the historic Omni Homestead Resort, where she sharpened her accounting expertise and delivered financial accuracy for a national landmark. Beyond her project work, Melina helped launch our Hispanic Outreach & Leadership Alliance (HOLA) employee resource group in 2022—serving as a chair and even designing its logo. She’s also deeply committed to volunteering, taking active roles in initiatives like Trees for Keys, DCBIA Community Improvement Day, Wreaths Across America, and fundraising for DC SCORES. Through her work and leadership, Melina shows us what accountability in action looks like—driving inclusion, creating opportunity, and inspiring others to get involved.
