Jennifer has been with Hyster-Yale for 10 years and works in our Greenville, North Carolina, Americas Division headquarters. What do you do in your position? "Manage all marketing activities related to our big truck product line and sales." What do you like most about HYMH? "The people. Our teams are passionate about their mission, and we work together as teams no matter how difficult the challenges we face. I also enjoy working globally and building relationships with colleagues around the world." Professional advice for others? "Take every opportunity you can. You never know which new project will lead you to a new path in your career."

  • It’s Forklift Friday! Today we are spotlighting Olivia Peaks, Lead Talent Acquisition Advisor. Olivia has been with Hyster-Yale for 2 years and works in our Greenville, North Carolina, Americas Division headquarters. What do you do in your position? "I help lead our Americas talent acquisition team, focusing on day-to-day strategy, process improvements, and recruiting top talent in manufacturing, accounting, and finance. My role goes beyond filling jobs. I love supporting my team’s growth, building strong relationships with managers, and making our hiring processes smoother. For me, it is about connecting people to opportunities and making sure TA plays a meaningful role in HYMH’s bigger picture." What do you like most about HYMH? "I value the chance to work with such a diverse, experienced organization where collaboration and teamwork are at the heart of the culture.   • It’s Forklift Friday! Today we are spotlighting Dean Bair, Government Inside Sales Engineer. Dean has been with Hyster-Yale for 31 years and works in our Greenville, North Carolina, Americas Division headquarters. What do you do in your position? "I support government sales through the solicitation bid process, any design modifications to meet specifications, testing requirements and final acceptance. I also support the global field population with parts, service, modification requests, and capacity and nameplate updates for attachment use." What do you like most about HYMH? "The relationships I have built with both customers and colleagues. I have had managers and coworkers who have all been exceptional and supportive throughout my career. I am proud to be part of a team that has a long history of supporting our military and government customers." Professional advice for others? "The most valuable professional advice I can offer is to build relationships. Hyster-Yale has people in every part of the organization that have great knowledge and are always willing to help and mentor." Anything you want to add? "I started my career in Flemington, NJ in the Resident Service Engineering group and later in Aftermarket Sales before getting the opportunity to relocate to Greenville for the government sales position. I had the opportunity to work with my wife's uncle in Flemington and now I have the opportunity to work with my children in Greenville."
