The WSTA Fall Conference in Green Bay was a success from start to finish! Hosted at the Hyatt Regency Green Bay / KI Convention Center, we were proud to support every aspect of the event—from registration and planning committee work to sponsor and exhibitor management, marketing, signage, and on-site coordination. Attendees enjoyed two days of exhibits, breakout sessions, and general sessions, along with two memorable receptions: a Monday night tailgate with yard games and a Tuesday evening gathering overlooking the river. Thank you to the Hyatt Regency / KI Convention Center team for their excellent hospitality, and to Encore A/V for their outstanding on-site support. Meeting Planner, Kristen Moore, and WSTA Meeting Director, Alexa Larson, ensured everything ran smoothly on-site. Meeting Coordinator, Cassandra Sams, provided exceptional planning support remotely, and Association Coordinator, Henry McCoy, delivered strong marketing execution throughout. If you're looking to make your next event just as successful, Impact AMC is here to help: https://lnkd.in/geTMsdPc

These three Impact leaders attended the AMCI (AMC Institute) Regional Meeting in Indianapolis last week! Impact CEO and Founder, Jodi Fisher, CAE, share her insights as a panelist in a dynamic discussion exploring how organizations manage scope creep, client conversations, production, and workflow. Alongside our Director of Clients, Elizabeth Schlicht, MMgt, CAE, and Executive Director, Laura Simmons, MBA, CAE, it was a fantastic opportunity to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and bring back strategies to strengthen the services we provide.

Our team was thrilled to support the Wisconsin County Highway Association (WCHA) 2025 LDG Conference this week at the Chula Vista Resort in the Wisconsin Dells! The event brought together attendees for a great mix of sessions, golf, an auction, and equipment demonstrations. Impact Senior Meeting Planner, Alexa Larson, assisted with registration and managed onsite needs throughout the day. Association Manager, Hannah Lier, and Senior Association Coordinator, Benjamin Sewell, played a big role in creating the event program and marketing pieces to ensure everything came together smoothly. It was a great example of teamwork making an event run seamlessly from start to finish!

The Impact team had the honor of supporting planning, execution, and onsite management of the International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology's (ISPE) Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C. From initiation to wrap up, our team worked hand in hand with ISPE leadership and volunteers to coordinate all aspects of the Annual Meeting. We’re so grateful that the ISPE team trusted us with such a meaningful undertaking. A big group from our team was onsite to ensure everything ran smoothly—and we couldn’t be prouder of the hard work, collaboration, and dedication that went into making this event a success. As usual, our team had a ton of fun in the process!
