  • Intersect’s Team Weeks are a foundational aspect of our culture. Four times a year, we bring everyone together to collaborate, co-work, and deepen social connections. It’s dedicated time to challenge assumptions, reconnect across functions, and move faster as one team. We’re hiring across teams. If you’re looking to do meaningful work with people who care deeply about how it gets done, explore our open roles: https://lnkd.in/gekAt8kr

It’s been a couple weeks’ since our Team Week in Austin with the full Intersect community. I always walk away from these weeks with a renewed sense of purpose. There’s something powerful about getting everyone in one place. The hallway conversations. The side debates. The big-picture thinking that only happens when you step back. Team Weeks have always been a critical part of how we build—our culture, our relationships, and our ability to move fast. We bring everyone into the same room to reconnect and challenge assumptions, and we all walk out sharper and more aligned than when we came in. We’ve grown fast—and we’re still growing. But what struck me this week wasn’t the size of the team. It was the quality of the people in the room. People who want to build something that matters and aren’t afraid to make the hard but necessary trade-offs to get there. If that sounds like your kind of environment, we’re hiring: https://lnkd.in/g6w64vVT

  • We’re honored to be recognized with the Friends of 4-H Award by the Gray County AgriLife 4-H program. This recognition reflects our continued support of youth programming across Gray County, TX—from the Archery Program to the Gold Star Award and the Gray County Buyers Club. These initiatives help young people build lifelong skills, and we’re privileged to contribute. Intersect Community Engagement representative Eduardo Campos accepted the award on our behalf at the AgriLife annual awards banquet. We’re proud to keep investing in programs that strengthen both youth and community.

  • Onsite power isn’t optional. It’s the new baseline for AI-scale infrastructure. Winners will integrate land, power, and compute—and deliver fast, cheap, and reliable solutions at scale.

Had a great time at Yotta 2025 where I had the opportunity to join Christian Belady, Adam Simpson, Sean James, Joel Jansen, and Larry Watkins, M.Eng., J.D. for a spirited conversation about the cultural shift toward onsite power for AI data centers. We’re not just at the crossroads of electrification, digitalization, and decarbonization. We’re living through a full-blown paradigm shift—driven by AI and an infrastructure race where speed and scale will decide the winners. The playbook is changing. Success will go to those who can vertically integrate and deliver fast, cheap, clean, and reliable energy and data infrastructure solutions for the inevitable scale of what comes next. Because what’s coming isn’t incremental. It’s massive. And it’s already here.

Intersect has donated $50,000 to the historic Stamford Carnegie Library, a cornerstone of the Stamford, TX community. Originally built in 1910, this historic library is one of just five original Carnegie libraries still in operation in Texas. The funds will help build a new children’s education section, creating space for young learners to read, learn, and grow. With our Quantum project nearby, we’re proud to support this vital community resource to expand its reach and continue its legacy of learning.

  • We are proud to announce a $150,000 contribution to the Hereford Sports and Wellness Center in Hereford, Texas! This funding supports enhancements to the John Bunch Sports Complex, including much-needed shade structures, fencing, improved parking, and other amenities for athletes, families, and the entire community to enjoy. As part of this partnership, our team joined the Hereford Sports and Wellness staff and local leaders for a volunteer day at the complex. Volunteers spent the morning cleaning bleachers, pulling weeds, and clearing the fields. We're excited to see the positive impact this complex will have for years to come. Take a look at some highlights from our volunteer day below. 👇

  • Our team had an amazing time working alongside the incredible students, parents, and staff at The Well STEAM and Literacy Center, in Pampa Texas. We built, painted, and planted to enhance a community space that has become a vibrant hub. As part of this initiative, we also donated $20,000 to support The Well’s summer camps. This funding helps make hands-on experiences in science, art, and musical theater more accessible by reducing program costs for local families by up to 50 percent. We’re proud to support organizations like The Well that create meaningful opportunities for the next generation. With summer temperatures climbing, staying cool is top of mind. For the third year running, we teamed up with Texas’ own Scurry County Resource Center for their Stay Cool, Scurry County event. Just down the road from our Lumina Facility, this year’s event helped 61 local families beat the heat with brand-new air conditioning units—right on time for the summer season. Big thanks to our Intersect volunteers—Eduardo Campos, Cecil Blair, and Logan Nonnez— and to the incredible team at the Resource Center for making it all happen.
