Intersect’s Team Weeks are a foundational aspect of our culture. Four times a year, we bring everyone together to collaborate, co-work, and deepen social connections. It’s dedicated time to challenge assumptions, reconnect across functions, and move faster as one team. We’re hiring across teams. If you’re looking to do meaningful work with people who care deeply about how it gets done, explore our open roles: https://lnkd.in/gekAt8kr
It’s been a couple weeks’ since our Team Week in Austin with the full Intersect community. I always walk away from these weeks with a renewed sense of purpose. There’s something powerful about getting everyone in one place. The hallway conversations. The side debates. The big-picture thinking that only happens when you step back. Team Weeks have always been a critical part of how we build—our culture, our relationships, and our ability to move fast. We bring everyone into the same room to reconnect and challenge assumptions, and we all walk out sharper and more aligned than when we came in. We’ve grown fast—and we’re still growing. But what struck me this week wasn’t the size of the team. It was the quality of the people in the room. People who want to build something that matters and aren’t afraid to make the hard but necessary trade-offs to get there. If that sounds like your kind of environment, we’re hiring: https://lnkd.in/g6w64vVT
