Behind every thriving community is a network of partners who believe in people first. For years, U.S. Bank and its community development financing subsidiary, U.S. Bancorp Impact Finance, have been key supporters of Jamboree. With their partnership, we have been able to deliver on our mission to provide high-quality affordable housing and services that transform lives and strengthen communities. Affordable housing is more than just a place to live. Together with U.S. Bank, we have created homes where residents find stability, dignity, and the chance to move forward, including key communities that now serve families, veterans, and individuals in need. Thank you, U.S. Bank, for being a trusted partner in building stronger communities for over two decades. #Jamboree35Years #CommunityPartners

About us
Market-Rate Quality for Affordable Housing A leading nonprofit developer, Jamboree is committed to sustaining excellence with high quality affordable housing that benefits the environment, economy and local communities. Founded in 1990, Jamboree is an award-winning, broad-based housing company that develops, acquires, renovates and manages permanently affordable rental and ownership housing throughout California for working families, seniors and people with special needs, including those who are homeless and live with a mental illness. Jamboree currently has $222 million in affordable housing projects in its development pipeline and a $1 billion asset portfolio that includes the development of and/or ownership interest in more than 7,300 homes in more than 74 California communities. These services foster learning, health and community building. These communities offer jobs, good schools, quality public utilities and infrastructure, convenient access to transportation and healthcare plus a full spectrum of housing choices – hallmarks consistent with Urban Land Institute's 10 principles for healthy affordable housing: 1. Build on the basics 2. Think holistically 3. Choose walkable sites 4. Design places for people 5. Connect with the landscape 6. Build healthy homes 7. Celebrate food 8. Energize the community 9. Leverage available resources 10. Provide healthy living programs More than 18,000 Californians call a Jamboree property “home.” This year, Jamboree will add another 439 apartment homes to its current portfolio and an additional 450 apartment homes over the next few years.

At Jamboree, we know impactful change takes strong partnerships. That’s why we’re proud to recognize U.S. Bank for their steadfast commitment to transforming lives through affordable housing and supportive services. Together, we’ve created places where families, veterans, and individuals can thrive. Communities such as Finamore Place in Anaheim, Heroes Landing in Santa Ana, and senior housing communities like Pelican Harbor reflect U.S. Bank’s dedication to turning housing into hope by supporting developments that provide stability, dignity, and opportunity. As we celebrate this partnership at our gala and look toward the future, we are reminded that these are more than buildings, they are places where futures are rebuilt, and communities grow stronger.
