This past weekend, some of our team participated in the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital walk in Austin. We are proud to share that we raised $1,637 (163% of target!) in support of St. Jude’s mission to advance life-saving research and provide care for children and families, all at no cost to them. Taking part in this event was a meaningful way for our team to give back and support an organization that is making a profound impact every day. Thank you to everyone who contributed and supported this initiative. Together, we are helping bring hope to children and families facing childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. JL:Pro has had one of our best quarters since inception! Our financial Q1 wrapped up last month, and it was filled with some exceptional placements at all levels. There are clear signals that the recruitment market is gaining momentum. Some standout wins include: ⭐ Josie Fraser placing a Chief Operating Officer within 3 weeks of receiving the job. She sent the now-successful candidate just 12 hours after the intake call. ⭐Poppy Taylor placing a Vice President of Technology within her first 2 months in the role. This candidate will be spearheading a new office in Austin. ⭐Rachel Torwick placing a Vice President of Business Development with a brand new client who had been trying to fill this critical role for 6+ months. It was wrapped up in less than a month. ⭐Sophie Reed placing a Head of Business Development for a leading multi-sector staffing client, overseeing all BD efforts for a 250-person firm . Managing JL:Pro whilst leading from the front! ⭐Madisen Sanders signed a brand new client with 3 candidates in final or offer stage, all within her first 3 months. The list goes on! The message is clear: companies are hiring, and top talent is on the move. We’re proud to be in the middle of it and delivering impactful results.
