Since joining Johnstone Supply two years ago, he’s grown from Counter Sales at our Colmar branch to our NEW Branch Manager in Downingtown, where he continues to lead with curiosity, problem-solving, and a genuine passion for helping customers find the right solutions. Employee Spotlight! ⭐ Meet a new addition to the Balsan Group team, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Rachel Meeker! Here's a little more about Rachel: "When I’m not connecting people with their next big opportunity, you can usually find me outside. I’m happiest hiking a new trail or kayaking on the water with my sidekick, Myla - my 10-year-old beagle rescue and the absolute love of my life. She’s been with me through so much, and if you ask me, she deserves her own spotlight feature! Travel is another big passion of mine. I’ve explored countries across Europe, ventured to South Africa, experienced the beauty of Alaska, and found adventure in plenty of other memorable places. I love how travel opens your eyes to new cultures, people, and perspectives - it reminds me to stay curious and appreciate the world around me. If I had to sum up my outlook on life in one quote, it would be: “Hang up, hang out. ”In a world where so much revolves around screens and scrolling, I really value being present - laughing with friends, sharing a meal, or just enjoying the moment without distractions. Our team had a great time this week at the Taco, Inc. factory in Rhode Island expanding their knowledge on hydronic systems and how to put that knowledge into action! From there, they headed over to RectorSeal’s training center in Fall River for some hands-on product training and new ideas we can bring back to our customers.   Big thanks to Taco and Rectorseal for hosting us.
