This is key to building a strong construction industry and thriving communities, something we strive for with our OneJTM mindset. Understanding Attraction and Retention: It’s about bringing people into our industry and helping them build lasting, meaningful careers. Through mentorship, growth, and opportunity, we create an environment where everyone can succeed. Changing Perceptions: Construction offers much more than meets the eye. By challenging misconceptions about our industry and highlighting the diverse, rewarding career paths within it, we can show how construction is a place where people can build both a future and a family-like community, just like we do at JTM. Building Belonging Together: Attracting and retaining great talent means fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and respect, the foundation of OneJTM. We do this through: • Outreach and Education: Partnering with high schools and trade schools to introduce students to construction careers. • Career Fairs: Connecting talent with industry professionals. • Pre-Apprenticeship Programs: Providing hands-on training and mentorship for aspiring workers JTM succeeds because of the people within our industry.
