  • What an inspiring evening in Ho Chi Minh City! 🤩 Yesterday’s roundtable, “Beyond Job Titles: Redefining Roles, Skills, and Structures in Times of Constant Change,” brought together business leaders and HR professionals to explore how organizations can stay agile in a world where hierarchies are flattening and roles are becoming more fluid. The discussion touched on some of today’s most pressing leadership challenges: ⚖️ How to balance agility with clarity in fast-evolving organizations. 💫 The importance of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and purpose-driven leadership in hybrid environments. 🧩 How to rethink talent strategies to identify potential beyond traditional job descriptions. Through interactive polls and open exchanges, participants shared real experiences on leading through uncertainty, building trust, and unlocking value that goes far beyond formal titles.
