What an exciting day at Quincy Valley Medical Center! They opened their new hospital at 7AM and served their first patient immediately after. We are incredibly thankful to be a part of bringing this project to the finish line, which greatly benefits the extended Quincy community and enables the hospital staff to deliver top quality care! When construction is going well because you’ve got a strong, collaborative team—it's actually fun! Things are moving along incredibly well at St. Paul School District. So well, that we’re now actively exploring additional scopes within the bond that didn’t seem feasible just a few months ago. How did we get here? One of the biggest benefits of the Design-Build delivery method is that it brings all project team members to the table equally—collaborating on scope, schedule, and budget, all aligned toward what's best for the client. We've got an outstanding team with Pence Contractors and Soderstrom Architects, who have brought transparency, flexibility, and a true partnership mindset to the project. I’m proud of what this program has already accomplished and am excited about what’s still ahead!

We're excited to share another milestone on the Mariners Hall project at the Columbia River Maritime Museum! Last month, community members, leaders, and museum staff gathered for our ceremonial groundbreaking, celebrating the progress of this ambitious expansion. Adding to the excitement, our exhibit designers, Storyline Studio, unveiled a 3D model of the future space. Our team is also collaborating with the US Coast Guard on upcoming exhibits featuring a Coast Guard lifeboat and helicopter that will one day be mounted from the building's roof structure.
