We deliver cutting-edge IT services across industries to help clients achieve their business goals. We are seeking a Proposal Writer who can identify client opportunities, prepare persuasive proposals, and collaborate with our technical teams to deliver competitive solutions. This role is on-site at our Coimbatore or Chennai office during the night shift to support global client operations. Key Responsibilities Identify and analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and client opportunities in IT services and solutions. Work closely with the Technical Architect and Project Manager to finalize technical solutions, execution plans, and project budgets. Develop, write, and edit compelling proposals, technical documentation, and executive summaries tailored to client requirements. Manage proposal timelines to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain a library of reusable content, templates, and previous proposals for future opportunities. Qualifications   •  Bachelor’s degree , Marketing, IT, or a related field.   •  0-2 years of experience writing proposals in the IT services domain.   •  Ability to identify RFPs and align with business development priorities.   •  Strong understanding of IT service models, project execution lifecycles, and technical terminology.   •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive style.   •  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.   •  Willingness to work onsite at Coimbatore/Chennai offices during night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM). Hands-on experience in contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire positions. Strong understanding of technical requirements. Job Title: Accountant (Mid-Level) Location: Coimbatore Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-2 years Industry: IT Salary: ₹2–2.5 LPA (depending on experience and company size) Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles, taxation laws, and regulatory compliance in India. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage TDS, GST returns, and other statutory compliances. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Prepare payroll and manage employee reimbursements. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits. Liaise with banks, vendors, and statutory authorities. Ensure timely filing of Income Tax, ROC, and other compliance returns. Implement and maintain accounting controls and procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com); CA Inter, CMA Inter, or semi-qualified CA preferred 1-2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance Proficiency in Tally ERP or Zoho Books or QuickBooks, or other accounting software(Preferred - Zoho Books). Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and Income Tax Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in handling audits and financial due diligence.
