🎉 Milestones are easy to count, but harder to earn. Legal.io just crossed the 100,000 members milestone, a number that represents trust, contribution, and a shared belief in advancing the legal profession. What I’m most proud of isn’t the number itself, but what it reflects: thousands of people finding meaningful career opportunities, hiring incredible talent, exchanging ideas, and proving that even in a profession known for its silos, connection is possible. Alongside hundreds of amazing in-house legal teams hiring through Legal.io, and the incredible Legal.io team, we're tackling real challenges: making it easier to find and hire great talent, reducing opacity around pricing and compensation and building a more connected legal community. This has been the journey of a lifetime, and it’s just the beginning of what we will achieve. Here’s to continuing to build a more open, connected, and human legal profession – together. 🚀
