**Gateway Park** Industrial innovation is taking off near Mesa Gateway Airport with the launch of Gateway Park! This 32-acre, mid-scale industrial development will bring two flexible buildings to one of the region’s fastest-growing corridors. Lōkahi served as the traffic engineer on this project. We love helping shape smart infrastructure for sustainable growth. It’s got flexible space, a strategic location and future-focused design.
