120 years ago, #OnThisDay, Loma Linda Sanitarium accepted the first two patients. Within 2 months of operation, 25 patients were housed. Today, we have 1,046 beds, six hospitals, and serve over a million patients annually.

Dr. Liset Stoletniy is raising awareness on the link between diabetes and heart disease. For some ethnic groups like Latinos, diabetes is more prevalent due to genetics. But this isn’t the only factor.
