Last week, we were proud to join the Markets Group 4th Private Equity Chicago Forum.   Vahe Dombalagian, MDP’s Managing Partner & Co-Head of Financial Services, participated in the keynote panel on Navigating Global Economic Exposure, sharing perspectives on tariffs, fundraising trends, and how disciplined strategies can turn complexity into opportunity.   Katherine Bryan, MDP’s Associate General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, joined a panel on Adapting to Regulatory Shifts Under the New Administration, offering insights on evolving tax frameworks, disclosure requirements, and AML compliance.   Thank you Markets Group for the chance to share ideas and gain fresh perspectives alongside our industry peers.

Last week, MDP was honored to participate in the National Security Space Association (NSSA)'s Space Investors Forum at Amazon’s HQ2 in Arlington, Virginia.   MDP’s Head of Technology & Government and NSSA Board Member, Matt Norton, was a keynote speaker highlighting the strategic and technical factors that shape outcomes in the rapidly evolving national security space technology landscape.   Brandon Levitan, Managing Director on MDP’s Technology & Government team, also led a thoughtful discussion on the growing role of private equity in advancing innovation across the national security space sector.   Thank you to NSSA and our fellow participants for the engaging conversations and important work being done in this dynamic field.

MDP has been selected as a finalist in the Deal Team: Private Equity Firm of the Year category. In addition, three MDP investments have been recognized as finalists in the Deal of the Year category, including MDP's acquisitions of both Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC and OMNI, as well as KBR, Inc.'s acquisition of LinQuest from MDP.
