  • Health Tech Without Borders commissioned M3 Global Research to publish its latest study, Clinical Decision Support Tools: Breadth of Use and User Satisfaction. Feedback from over 1,000 clinicians showed that MDCalc was one of only two medical references with “Great” user satisfaction (by Net Promoter Score, NPS) with a score of 52. NPS measures how satisfied a clinician is with a particular product or tool and their likelihood of recommending it to a colleague. This “Great” satisfaction score of MDCalc is a testament to its use and trust in the medical community and how early it is introduced to the new generation of clinicians, often recommended in medical school or residency.
