📈 Success doesn’t come suddenly — it grows from genuine care for people. At the «Business vs Psychology» forum organized by Power Mental Health, Yuliia Horbachova shared how, step by step, we at MHP have built our own mental health care system. 📌 This journey led us to create the C.O.D.E. operational system — a model that combines efficiency and humanity. 📌 MHP became the strategic partner of this year’s New Food Summit As a food producer with deep expertise, we contributed to shaping the summit’s agenda — and, of course, MHP representatives shared valuable and inspiring insights with participants. 1️⃣ Oleksandr Palamarchuk, Deputy Director for Meat and Sausage Category Development and New Business Integration at MHP: «The meat and sausage market in Ukraine is currently stagnant. Growth is possible only through innovative products, updated recipes, and a deeper understanding of consumer needs». 2️⃣ Anastasiia Drandar, Head of Ready-to-Eat Category Development at MHP: «The frozen segment has doubled its market share. After a long period of stagnation, the market is reviving — and today it’s crucial to respond quickly to real consumer demands». 3️⃣ Oleksandr Rudenko, Head of the Investment Projects Group at MHP: «There’s no single approach to investment — every business needs its own financing model. MHP actively invests and builds an integrated culinary ecosystem through partnerships». 🇺🇦 Ukraine’s food industry has strong growth potential. MHP invests in innovation and new ventures, introduces modern solutions, and builds a food ecosystem of businesses that feed people. #MHP_Feeds

🔐 Safe working conditions aren’t about instructions — they’re about real actions at every management level. Instead of the formal “sign here, here, and here,” we’re building an ecosystem of care for our people. And as for how the OHS team works, the “MHP Health” program, and our internationally certified safety system — read more in the carousel. #Many_Happy_People Dmytro Pavliuk

💙 At the centre of MHP are always the people. We support our teams, help them grow, and create opportunities for development even in the most challenging times. Serhii Nikolaiev (Сергій Ніколаєв), HR Director of MHP’s Agri division, spoke about this at the “Effective Management of Agricultural Companies” conference during the panel discussion “Human Capital 2.0” At MHP, we support our teams by creating a comfortable work environment, offering recognition programs, and providing both financial and non-financial incentives. We also practice hands-on leadership, where leaders serve as a strong support, bringing people together and guiding them with flexibility. 💬 This focus on people logically extends to supporting veterans: “I share the view that it is not the veteran’s task to integrate into society. It is society’s responsibility to adapt to the needs of veterans. And businesses need to recognize their exceptional abilities and integrate them appropriately into business needs. After all, those who defended Ukraine have acquired a powerful set of ‘soft skills’,” Serhii emphasized. At the strategic level, MHP has defined two metrics: 1️⃣ 100% of veterans who require a specialized workplace receive one; 2️⃣ 75% remain employed with the company for more than six months.
