The celebrations continue: Sparrow Terrace (now home to 72 families 🥰) in Watsonville has officially converted to permanent financing and is now on record 🥳🥳 This milestone follows our grand opening in August, ensuring long-term stability for residents, providing a safe, affordable place to call home - so naturally, it was only right to feature this photo from our celebration, where California Assembly Speaker Robert Rivas recognized our team for their incredible work on this community! A big thank you to our partners and everyone who made this possible 💙

🎬 Meet Noemi, one of the incredible residents at Kiku Crossing - and watch her inspiring story! 💙 Noemi’s journey hasn’t always been easy, but through her resilience, strength, and dedication, she achieved her dream of graduating from San Francisco State University last year 👏👩🎓 We spent an afternoon with Noemi and learned how much she loves cheering on the Golden State Warriors, catch-up phone calls with her mom, and helping her neighbors - all ways she’s leaving a positive mark on her community 🏡

Celebrating the Summer Oaks Wall Raising! 🎊 Construction is officially underway for 72 new homes for families and farmworker households in Sonoma! Today was a special day for us, creating the framework (literally!) for our new community - perfectly nestled among 20 native live and valley oak trees (and in true MidPen fashion, named accordingly 🌳). Summer Oaks has been in the works since 2018, and thanks to the dedication of #TeamMidPen, it’s finally becoming a reality. Thank you to our incredible partners 💙 Sonoma County Community Development Commission, California Department of Housing & Community Development, Bank of America, Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, California Tax Credit Allocation Committee, Mithun, Midstate Construction Corporation
