Clean energy is our cheapest choice. #Solar is everywhere, it's unlimited, and it is a proven technology. It has many benefits for you and your family, whether they live near or far. It's cheap, it reduces air #pollution impacting your health, and it gives us the ability to meet the growing energy demands through an unlimited source. 🌞(Which would help with our energy bills.) Earth Gives 2025 is a nationwide effort to invite you to learn from, give to and engage with #nonprofits advancing these solutions and others that protect the future for those we love. Last weekend, we proved that a movement for clean energy is possible and already here. Sun Day was an opportunity for people to come together to champion clean energy solutions and demand progress. 🗺️ 500 events were hosted including… 💃 A dance performance surrounded by solar panels in Middlebury, Vermont 🚌 The launch of electric school buses (with Mothers Out Front) in Fairfax, Virginia 🏖️ A beach day in Muskegon, Michigan 🍽️ Food, art and talks on a solar powered farm (Burkett Farm) in Raleigh, North Carolina 📰 Sun Day hit the papers in The New York Times and many local news outlets, spreading the word about clean energy even further. It doesn’t stop there. The big day of clean energy actions may be over but our movement has just begun. Stay tuned on how to support Sun Day into the future ☀️
