Our final spotlight is on Stephanie M., a member of our Pennsylvania team. Stephanie has been with National Fuel for 40 years and began her career working part time in the evenings while studying at Gannon University. Today, she’s celebrating 25 full-time years with the Company and is affectionately known as the “Office Mom” or “Auntie Steph” by her newer colleagues, as she is a wealth of knowledge and always helping others by sharing her expertise. Stephanie says the best part of her job is supporting her teammates – whether it is helping them see the bigger picture, understand why and how we do things, or navigate tricky situations, she strives to help others provide the best customer service while doing so herself. Outside of work, Stephanie keeps busy by spending time with her husband, children, and three grandchildren – plus “grandpups” and extended family members! She also takes time for herself by reading and traveling. Next up in our Customer Service Week spotlights is Gabrielle N., a member of our NY team who has been with the Company for 7 years. Gabrielle says the best part of her job is working with a great team and also having the opportunity to step into new roles and learn new skills. She has held various positions over the years, and says that each new area of work has helped her to better understand the Company and how crucial every role is in providing great customer service. When not at work, Gabrielle enjoys spending time with her fiancé, three children and golden retriever, Lucy. As a family they love camping, and when she has time for herself, you’ll probably find Gabrielle cooking or baking and trying out a new recipe or taking on a DIY project to spruce up her home.
