In honor of Domestic Abuse Awareness Month, our October Inclusion Forum was led by Carol Carbary, Chief Development and Marketing Officer at the Journey Center for Safety and Healing. Oatey Company was proud to participate in the American Heart Association's 2025 Greater Cleveland STEM Goes Red event, which took place Monday at the Great Lakes Science Center. The program empowers 7th–9th grade students, especially young women, to explore careers in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM), and Oatey volunteers got hands-on with attendees to educate them about plumbing, the skilled trades and the essential products we manufacture. Oatey associates also participated in the Mentors with Heart Lunch and Learn session, where they engaged directly with students and answered questions. It was our third year supporting this event, and we're honored to support our community and champion the next generation of skilled professionals!
