Yesterday we were so thrilled to launch our new employee learning and development series, Conectar! It's a way to connect over Spanish conversation and culture and is open to employees from beginner to fluent who wish to learn and practice Spanish. Each session, we'll learn a few words and phrases, enjoy some delicious food, and enjoy a speaker or activity that keeps us learning. A big shout out to Paulina Panduro and Cassie Enriquez who have helped me build momentum from idea to launch over the past several months and our new committee member, Cole Longcrier. Our inaugural session featured Peru, with our wonderful presenter, Ursula Thompson of Peruviana Designs and delicious food and beverage from Zambranos and Antojitos Peruanos Marinita. What a wonderful way to learn together!
