Her session ~From Lab to Landscape~ is on Friday at 8:30am: A06. Trevor Lee is a Partner at OLIN, bringing his indefatigable creative spirit to spark innovative responses to each landscape he considers. His design process incorporates energetic team collaborations, inquisitive model-making, and iterative layering of program, connections, and meaning to develop environmentally-grounded and culturally-responsive places for people to thrive. ~Landscape Architects in the Expanded Field: Lessons from Working with Infrastructure~ will reveal some of the insights behind his work, on Friday at 10:15am: B09. Richard Roark, ASLA, BD+C is OLIN’s Chief Purpose Officer, and as a Partner since 2012, he challenges and inspires through his practice, bringing social and environmental justice solutions to the public realm. Richard draws on data, a deep wellspring of curiosity, multivarious personal interests, and extensive experience in project design and authentic public engagement to inform his work, writing, and thinking. ~Where Do You Draw the Line?~ will be explored on Sunday at 3:45PM: C11. Richard will be inducted as a Fellow of the American Society of Landscape Architects later that evening.
