🎉 Excited to share that our paper "Network-Aware Path Planning for Autonomous Mobile Robots in Industrial Environments" has been accepted at IEEE ANTS 2025! This work introduces a comprehensive framework that integrates wireless network quality metrics into AMR path planning, validated with real-world industrial data from iV2I+ datasets. Grateful to collaborate with my co-authors Houssam Hajj Hassan, Ajay Kattepur, and Georgios Bouloukakis on this research. Really excited to have participated once again this year in the AI Data Robotics Forum #ADRF25 on behalf of the AI-DAPT EU Project. It was a pleasure to engage in fruitful discussions with colleagues from our “sister” projects EXTRA-BRAIN, MANOLO Project, PANDORA Horizon Europe Project and RAIDO Project and the audience, during the Workshop “Efficient and trustworthy AI frameworks: making the best of cloud-edge European data for scalable real-world industry deployments.” One of the key topics addressed in the workshop was the barriers to industry adoption of trustworthy and efficient AI frameworks.
