Celebrating Women’s History Month at Paradigm Capital Management!   As a proud woman-founded and women-owned firm, we have enormous appreciation for the legacy of women who have helped shape the modern world of finance. In 1966, Geraldine Weiss founded the Investment Quality Trends newsletter which promoted a value-based philosophy for equity investments. At the time, Geraldine authored the letter as “G. Weiss” as she felt the need to mask her gender in order to gain credibility in the industry. We admire the strides that women have made in the financial services industry since then and continue to promote equality and equal representation in finance.

As 2024 draws to a close, Paradigm Capital Management is proud to celebrate 30 years of serving our clients through our commitment to capitalizing on inefficiencies in the small-cap market. While markets have experienced significant periods of volatility over the past three decades, we have remained committed to our fundamental tenets of identifying best-in-class management teams and an investment approach rooted in fundamental research. We are proud to announce that the Paradigm Select Fund (PFSLX) has been awarded a five-star rating by Morningstar, a rating assigned to the top 10% of funds on a relative and risk-adjusted basis. The Select Fund now joins the Paradigm Micro-Cap Fund (PVIVX) as our second five-star rated mutual fund within our fund family. We are delighted to receive this recognition for our bottom-up and primary research process which has continued to provide our clients access to undervalued small-cap securities.
