About us
The Phoenix Group Foundation is a nonprofit organization that believes physical health cannot exist without mental health. We work to empower the lives of young adults through mental health & recovery support. We believe that happiness comes from being of service to others and at the very heart of our foundation is the principle that everyone deserves the opportunity to rise from the ashes, live their very best life. Building a better world starts at home by treating the needs of those living with mental health and substance use disorders.

June is Men's Mental Health Awareness month and it deserves more than a moment, it deserves a movement. For far too long, strength has been equated with silence. But the data tells a different story: Men are 3.9x more likely to die by suicide than women. Depression and anxiety in men are often undiagnosed or mischaracterized. Stigma continues to keep men from seeking the support they need. At Phoenix Group Foundation, we believe mental health is health, and that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. In our latest blog post, we explore the unique challenges men face, how stigma perpetuates silence, and the resources that can help break the cycle. 💬 Read the full post: https://lnkd.in/eEGhDfhv Please share this with someone who needs to hear it. Let's break the silence together.
