Seeing life through our consumers’ eyes is at the heart of how we innovate. For more than a decade, Andreína Benezra González, Analytics & Insights Director for Latin America, has been conducting in-home consumer visits — experiences where we spend time understanding people's daily lives. We don’t just ask what they want; we observe how they go about everyday tasks and how they use all kinds of products. Consumers set the gold standard on superiority and when everything we do is inspired by consumer insight, we can translate that insight into every aspect of the consumer experience for our trusted brands. Herbal Essences Hair Perfume was inspired by consumers who love great-smelling hair and wanted a refresh throughout their day, but needed a lighter, portable solution. In another in-home visit, Andreina heard a powerful truth from a consumer: “The women on TV are not like me.” That insight helped shape how Pantene connects with women in Latin America — ensuring its products and communication reflect their real lives, styles, and the role hair plays in confidence and self-expression. Insights don’t just inform — they inspire. They challenge us to question assumptions, connect the dots, and ensure our brands truly resonate with the people we serve. “There is just no replacement for going into their houses and seeing their realities,” Andreina says . Direct consumer connection fuels our innovation.

Introducing Kristyna Mason, Senior Product Manager & Operations + Stewardship Leader. For the past five years, she has been transforming how we use data by developing new-to-P&G centralized tools that make it easier for our customer retail teams to access and analyze information with ease. Kristyna's innovative approach integrates billions of data points from various data sources into a single, user-friendly product platform allowing our teams to quickly get in-depth insights and make data-driven informed business decisions. As she puts it, "My greatest accomplishment has been challenging the status quo across every role I've held at P&G. I love solving hard problems — they energize me. Halloween costume ... ✅ This vintage Mr. Clean mask was a promotional item offered by the brand in the 1970s — one of many giveaways throughout the years, including dolls, beach towels, plastic balls and bats, ornaments, and earrings. At P&G, mentorship is more than just guidance — it's a catalyst for career transformation and a cornerstone of our inclusive culture. One mentor, one piece of advice, or one connection can change the trajectory of a career. For example, in 2016, Arthur Ramalho, found himself at a crossroads in his career. With the help of a mentor, he tapped into his strengths in data and technology, pivoting from a manufacturing role to one in information technology. Now, Arthur is committed to paying it forward, mentoring college students and sharing his insights to help them navigate their own paths. Explore how mentorship has shaped the careers of two more P&G colleagues and discover how our robust mentoring program fosters belonging, empowers our employees, and nurtures talent from within: https://lnkd.in/gNkhrzHH #PGAndMe #Mentorship #CareerGrowth #PGCareers #LeadershipDevelopment

Is that you, William Procter? 😉 It's actually Dylan, son of John Barraclough, P&G IT Success & Delivery Manager. Dylan chose — all on his own — to represent P&G's founders for his "wax museum" day at school! "When I asked my son why he chose to dress up as them for school, he explained that hearing all my work stories inspired him to learn more about my job," John says. "It really made me realize that our company isn't just important to us (employees) — it impacts our families, too." To support Dylan, P&G's Heritage Center and Archives team provided artifacts and insights, including the "ancient" (Dylan's word for it — not ours!) Tide powder detergent box from the 1960s.
