Congrats to Taneshia Nash Laird and David Poline for the inaugural Lunch'n'Learn discussion hosted by PROJECT REAP and Poline Search Partners today! Lots of important and relevant info shared and so encouraging to hear that despite all the dire numbers about the current job market people are retiring at a higher rate than new people entering the CRE field - so there are opportunities to be had!

We were recently honored with an ICSC Impact Award! 🏆 The Impact Award recognizes leadership, innovation, and lasting community impact within real estate. Thank you, ICSC, for your support and acknowledgment.

This summer, I had the privilege of graduating as part of the PROJECT REAP Spring 2025 Cohort — a milestone in my Commerical Real Estate journey. Over two and a half months, I had the opportunity to learn from industry leaders and explore the many dimensions of the field — from development and asset management to finance and urban planning. The sessions were challenging, eye-opening, and deeply relevant, offering a window into how the industry operates and how access is created (or too often, limited). More meaningful than the coursework is the community. Project REAP brings together talented professionals who are determined to open the door for others — people who share a belief that representation and our diverse experiences strengthen the industry as a whole. Being surrounded by such thoughtful, ambitious peers and mentors made the experience both grounding and motivating. It’s hard to overstate how impactful this journey has been. A heartfelt thank you to Taneshia Nash Laird , the REAP organizers, facilitators, and my fellow cohort members for making this experience so impactful. I look forward to staying connected and building on my experience through the REAP alumni network. #REAP2025
