EHR software for growing mental and behavioral health practices. Your technology partner for operational excellence.

About us

The behavioral health industry is at a turning point. Awareness is higher than ever, and demand for services is surging. But most practices face an impossible choice: hire more support staff to handle the administrative burden, or watch providers drown in paperwork instead of patient care. What you need is technology that automates the chaos and frees up clinicians to do what they do best: connect with and help people. That's where ProsperityEHR comes in. We've been solving these problems for three decades. What started as helping providers transition from paper charts has grown into something much bigger. We've watched this industry transform through managed care, HITECH, telehealth adoption, and now the behavioral health revolution. Each shift has taught us what providers really need. Our team brings the deep expertise this industry demands. We've scaled healthcare platforms at Epic, managed large-scale operations at major health systems, and built service lines from the ground up. We've spent our careers at the intersection of healthcare operations and technology, so we understand that improving access to behavioral health care isn't just a business goal; it's fundamental to unlocking human potential. This is real-world experience working with providers across the country who face these challenges daily. We're building the EHR that growing behavioral health practices actually need. Our technology handles complex workflows without getting in the way, stays ahead of compliance changes so you don't have to worry about them, and optimizes revenue cycles while improving access through smart automation—all while being simple enough that your team will actually want to use it. Our name says it all: ProsperityEHR. When providers have the right tools to thrive, that prosperity extends to every patient they serve and every community they touch.

  • October was a milestone month for ProsperityEHR! Here's a look back at what happened:   🧩 Brain Balance selected us as their technology & revenue cycle managed services partner across their +70 locations supporting kids with kids with ADHD, autism, and learning challenges. This partnership represents exactly the kind of specialized care we're built to support: https://lnkd.in/gfS7ThqU   🌱 We launched our "Path to Prosperity" series with Psychology Health Group, spotlighting how our partners are scaling successfully while maintaining quality care: https://lnkd.in/gcw4v-sk More stories coming soon!   🏆 Named a Top Tech Innovator by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce on this year's CO—100 List. Being recognized among America's top 100 small businesses reminds us why we do this work: https://lnkd.in/gUddhYum   💡 Attended INVEST 2025 (hosted by Behavioral Health Business), where the industry conversation shifted from pure growth to operational excellence. See the top 5 strategic themes shaping behavioral health's future: https://lnkd.in/g67MeY7F   👏 Our CEO, Hoangoanh (Melissa) Tran, was honored as a Future Leader at INVEST by WTWH Healthcare (WTWH Media LLC). This recognition reflects our entire team's commitment to reimagining what's possible in behavioral health technology: https://lnkd.in/gu9PTf5i   📈 Welcomed new practice partners across multiple behavioral health segments, each bringing unique challenges that push us to build better solutions.   We know that practices are navigating real uncertainty right now (e.g, shifting reimbursement dynamics, regulatory complexity, and operational pressures). We're focused on building technology and support systems that help practices tackle them head-on.

  • The behavioral health investment landscape is shifting, and it's not just about growth anymore. At this year's INVEST Conference, it became very clear that the practices attracting serious capital and building sustainable competitive advantages aren't just scaling fast. They're executing exceptionally well across their entire operation. After two days of listening to industry leaders, PE investors, and successful operators, five strategic themes dominated every conversation: 🧠 Interventional psychiatry is moving mainstream. TMS, esketamine, and ketamine therapy aren't niche anymore. They're becoming standard care for treatment-resistant conditions, and payers are paying attention. 💡 AI can amplify excellence, but it doesn't create it. While some tools are showing some promise in accelerating workflows, technology only works when it enhances solid processes and expert judgment. 📊 Data-driven diversification creates leverage. Practices that can prove clinical outcomes AND operational excellence have real negotiating power with payers and acquirers. 💰 Revenue cycle management is a MUST. With net collection rates dropping to the 80%s and denial rates climbing, front-end prevention beats back-end fighting every time. 🤝 Deep integration builds moats. Bidirectional interoperability with health systems and payers creates switching costs that pure scale never will. The practices positioning themselves as industry leaders in 2026 aren't waiting for perfect conditions. They're building operational excellence one strategic decision at a time. • When your EHR vendor announces major platform changes, you face a critical decision: transition with them or explore other options.   That's exactly where Psychology Health Group (PHG) found themselves. As a multi-disciplinary practice serving the Quad Cities with psychologists, social workers, MFTs, and mental health counselors, their EHR choice wasn't just about software—it was about their practice's future.   PHG took a methodical approach, and they identified four non-negotiables:    ✓ Reducing administrative burden on clinicians (burnout is real)  ✓ Accelerating revenue cycles for sustainable growth  ✓ Eliminating compliance risk with behavioral health-specific documentation  ✓ Creating seamless patient experiences   After careful evaluation, they chose to continue their partnership with us through our evolution to ProsperityEHR. Why? Because generic medical EHR systems retrofitted for therapy create daily friction. Because fragmented technology stacks (5+ separate systems) drain time and money. And because purpose-built matters when your workflows are fundamentally different.   The question for every behavioral health practice isn't just whether your current systems work today. It's also: will they support where your team is headed?   Read PHG's full story and their framework for evaluating EHR options: https://lnkd.in/gcw4v-sk   #BehavioralHealth #MentalHealth #EHR #PracticeManagement #RevenueCycleManagement #HealthcareTechnology #TherapyPractice #PracticeGrowth #HealthIT #BehavioralHealthcare

  • Congratulations to the Behavioral Health Future Leaders Class of 2025! 🎉 This morning at Behavioral Health Business' INVEST Conference, WTWH Healthcare (WTWH Media LLC) announced this year's honorees: a group of professionals under 40 who are shaping the future of healthcare through innovative leadership and measurable impact. We're very proud to share that our CEO, Hoangoanh (Melissa) Tran, was recognized as one of these leaders for her work advancing behavioral health through technology and strategic implementation. Throughout her career, from leading Epic's outpatient implementation division to scaling healthcare platforms across enterprise organizations, Melissa has focused on a singular mission: ensuring technology serves providers and patients, not the other way around. She understands that effective EHR implementation isn't just about the software; it's about aligning teams, optimizing workflows, and driving outcomes that matter. That philosophy is exactly what we're building at ProsperityEHR. Our EHR is designed specifically for the unique needs of mental and behavioral health practices, helping them achieve operational excellence and better care delivery. If you're at INVEST this week, let's connect! Melissa and our CRO, Jesse Vogel, are in Nashville through tomorrow and would love to hear about your practice and the challenges you're working to solve. #BehavioralHealth #HealthTech #MentalHealth #EHR #HealthIT #INVESTConference #WomenInHealthcare

  • It's been a challenging year for behavioral health practices. Between reimbursement pressures, staffing struggles, and the constant push to do more with less, practice leaders are navigating some of the toughest operational conditions we've seen. That's exactly why events like Behavioral Health Business INVEST matter so much right now.   This week, 550+ people who deeply care about the future of behavioral health will gather in Nashville to share ideas, learn from each other, and figure out what's next. That's the kind of energy and collaboration our industry needs moving forward.   Our CEO, Hoangoanh (Melissa) Tran, and CRO, Jesse Vogel, will be there, and honestly, we're most excited to just listen. We want to hear what's really going on in your practice. What's working? What's keeping you up at night? What are you worried about heading into 2026?   We built ProsperityEHR specifically for growing mental and behavioral health practices because we believe the right technology should make your life easier, not harder. But we also know that every practice is different, and the best way we can help is by understanding your specific challenges first.   If you're attending INVEST, we'd love to grab a few minutes with you. No booth, no pitch, just good conversation about where the industry is headed and how we can all support better care.   See you there!   #BehavioralHealth #MentalHealth #INVEST2025 #HealthTech

  • We're very proud to share that ProsperityEHR has been named a CO—100 honoree by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, leading the Top Tech Innovator category! This category celebrates businesses harnessing new technologies and automated solutions to scale operations, enhance customer experience, and revolutionize their offerings through digital innovation. It's a meaningful milestone for our small but dedicated team — who has poured countless hours into building a platform that truly understands the realities of behavioral health (e.g, complex regulations, documentation demands, and financial pressures that can pull providers away from what matters most).   That's why we really appreciate this recognition. Every feature we build, every workflow we refine, exists for one reason: to give therapists, counselors, and clinicians more time and energy to focus on their clients.   The behavioral health providers we partner with are doing some of the most important work in healthcare. They're showing up for people in crisis, supporting families through trauma, and helping communities heal. When administrative burden weighs them down, everyone suffers. When we can help lift that burden (even just a little), care gets better.   So while we're celebrating this achievement and the innovation our team has achieved, we're also celebrating the providers who inspire this work every single day. This award shines a light on the tech, but also on the critical field of behavioral health itself, and the dedicated professionals who make it all possible.   Learn more about the CO—100: https://lnkd.in/eZfYx6sH   Hoangoanh (Melissa) Tran #CO100 #BehavioralHealth #MentalHealth #HealthTech #EHR #SmallBusiness #TechInnovators #HealthcareInnovation

Optimizing provider workflows starts with listening closely to what clinicians need.   When we work on new features, like refining documentation templates or intake flows, the goal is to reduce burden and give providers more time for focused patient care.   At ProsperityEHR, we’ve built feedback loops directly into the product development process so users can weigh in on enhancements or flag pain points during live sessions and surveys. That input helps us respond quickly and iterate in real time.   Our platform grows alongside providers because even small UX improvements can unlock meaningful gains in well-being and care delivery.   #ProductDesign #BehavioralHealthTech #UserExperience #ClinicianWellbeing #ProsperityEHR

  • Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay, and we want to talk about something that doesn't get said enough.   To every therapist, counselor, psychiatrist, and behavioral health provider reading this: you hold space for people on their hardest days. You witness pain, celebrate breakthroughs, and stay present through it all. The work you do changes lives in ways that can't always be measured.   But who's holding space for you? This work takes a toll. Compassion fatigue and burnout are real. And somewhere between the calling that brought you here and the reality of practice management, administrative burdens, and systemic challenges, it can feel like too much.   You deserve peace of mind too. Your mental health matters just as much as the people you serve. Taking care of yourself isn't selfish. It's necessary. Asking for help, taking breaks, setting boundaries, admitting when things feel heavy? That's not weakness. That's wisdom.   To everyone else: mental health is something we all navigate. Whether you're seeking support or offering it, remember that healing happens in community, and in connection.   💚

67% of behavioral health providers are unhappy with their EHR's functionality, and 69% cite serious interoperability issues (Psychiatry Advisor). For growing mental and behavioral health practices, that's not just frustrating, it's expensive. When you're scaling from 10 to 20+ clinicians, managing multiple locations, or navigating M&A activity, your EHR should be your competitive advantage, enabling you to achieve operational excellence.  Instead, most practices are: → Losing revenue to billing inefficiencies and high denial rates   → Wasting hours daily on manual data entry across disconnected systems   → Making growth decisions without real-time analytics   → Watching providers burn out on clunky documentation Here are 7 signs you've outgrown your behavioral health EHR, and more importantly, what to do about it: https://lnkd.in/gkDqBrT3 #MentalHealthcare #BehavioralHealth #HealthTech #EHR #Healthcare #RCM

Behavioral health organizations shouldn’t have to choose between mission and efficiency. But too often, outdated systems make scaling difficult and quality care harder to deliver.   At ProsperityEHR, we’re working with our clients to change that. Our partnership with Brain Balance is a great example for how technology can enable operational and clinical excellence. Brain Balance serves over 60,000 individuals with ADHD, autism, and learning challenges through a uniquely integrative model. Supporting that kind of complexity requires a collaborative approach. We're excited to push each other on how we can both scale, ultimately increasing Brain Balance's impact to serve many more patients in our communities.   Behavioral health organizations no longer need to choose between mission and operational excellence. With the right partner, they can have both. #behavioralhealth #mentalhealth #healthtech #EHR Maggie Ford
