Today marks one year since our Prescott, Arizona site joined the Pursuit Aerospace family! 🎉 🎉 🎉 Over the past year, the Prescott team has brought incredible skill, dedication, and energy to our organization. They’ve strengthened our culture, supported our growth, and embodied the spirit of Pursuit Aerospace every day. To celebrate this milestone, we hosted a BBQ with the team, shared in some raffle giveaways, and reflected on the progress we’ve made together on our integration and growth journey. Over the past 12 months, we’ve united our strengths, aligned our teams, and delivered on our commitments to customers, employees, and stakeholders alike. This anniversary is a proud milestone, reflecting the hard work, collaboration, and shared vision of our entire Barrowford team. To celebrate, our colleagues came together for a classic Lancashire pie and peas lunch, complete with celebratory cake and custom-branded T-shirts to mark the occasion. A big thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey—we’re proud of how far we’ve come and excited about what’s ahead. This week, our Pursuit Aerospace team in Burnley, UK conducted a Kaizen workshop aimed at driving improvements for the betterment of people. As part of the workshop, we were pleased to welcome two partners from GKN Aerospace — Sean Furmidge and James O'Doherty — in support of strengthening supplier relationships and sharing best practices across our organizations. Sean and James rolled up their sleeves and actively supported our teams throughout the week. Their hands-on engagement contributed to valuable learning, cross-functional collaboration, and a series of targeted improvements that will have a meaningful impact on our ability to continue supporting our customers as a top supplier. We appreciate the partnership and look forward to continued collaboration as we drive operational excellence together.

Last week, the Pursuit Aerospace Airfoils, Casting & EMEA (ACE) division leadership team gathered in Asheville, NC, for a week of benchmarking, learning, and leadership development. Site visits to Pratt & Whitney and GE Aerospace provided valuable insights into operational and cultural excellence, offering best practice benchmarks and reinforcing strategic partnerships. Beyond the site tours, the team focused on key execution priorities, strengthened collaboration through Social Style training, and gave back to the community by volunteering with Spokes of Hope—supporting recovery efforts in an area still rebuilding from Hurricane Helene. The week was capped by an inspiring session with Jennifer Pharr Davis, record-setting Appalachian Trail hiker, whose message on endurance and leadership left a lasting impact. A powerful week of alignment, connection, and growth for the ACE leadership team!

Our South Windsor, CT team hosted a special breakfast to celebrate International Women's Day at the end of last week. We honored the incredible women on our team with gift bags, exciting raffles, and heartfelt conversations about their journeys at Pursuit and their careers in the aerospace industry. We truly appreciate their dedication and invaluable contributions to the company.

Today, our teams in Burnley and Barrowford, UK, came together to recognize International Women’s Day, a moment to reflect on the incredible contributions of women in our workplace and beyond. To celebrate, we shared spring daffodils and a small token of appreciation to show our gratitude. Just a small way to say thank you to the amazing women who help drive Pursuit forward every day. International Women’s Day is a reminder of the progress made and the challenges that remain, and we’re proud to support and appreciate the talented women across our teams.
