    Our 3rd Annual Day of Service was earlier this month and we couldn't have had a more rewarding experience serving our communities across North America. We partnered with local shelters, food pantries, rooftop farms, and other local organizations to support our neighbors and give back through service. Check out some of the highlights and our RAPP Day of Service t-shirts that kept our offices connected from coast to coast.

    We're highlighting Michael Lim from RAPP Malaysia as our Individual of the Week. He is a CRM Specialist and has been with RAPP for over a year. Outside of the office, he loves listening to music and enjoys playing drums and spending time with his kids. At RAPP, his favorite project has been working with clients in the Malaysia and Singapore markets – he appreciates the fast pace, the challenges, and the strong client relationships. His favorite thing about the marketing industry is creating customer journeys and experiences and he sees the industry moving towards "a deeper understanding of customer needs and more personalized experiences" in the next 5 years.   Michael stands up for individuality by "working in togetherness and always being willing to learn and grow – honesty and transparency is major too!"     Over the past four days at Advertising Week 2025, our team explored the trends and technologies redefining our industry. The RAPP team attended and participated in sessions across marketing strategy, data innovation, and brand purpose, gaining new perspectives on how to drive meaningful impact.   We heard from leaders who are pushing boundaries in AI, personalization, and storytelling and we left with renewed energy to bring the latest ideas to our clients.     We're highlighting Ausrine Valentiniene from RAPP London as our Individual of the Week. She is a Data Analytics Director and has been with RAPP for over 4.5 years. When she's not working, she enjoys keeping things moving. “Yoga keeps me grounded, running keeps me sane, and wild swimming keeps me slightly frozen but very happy. I’m currently learning Spanish and piano—slowly, but enthusiastically—and I’m always halfway through at least two audiobooks because I can’t pick just one." Ausrine also enjoys being out in nature. "I’ve developed a bit of a habit of picking up rubbish on walks—partly to do my bit, partly because I love making things look lovely. My cocker spaniel is my partner in (eco-friendly) crime—she’s got her own Instagram page and probably more fans than I do."   Ausrine's favorite thing about the marketing/CRM industry is that "marketing combines creativity, human insight, and data—and I love that blend. With over 20 years in the industry, from client-side to market research, I’ve seen how powerful it can be when data is used not just to inform decisions, but to tell stories and build genuine connections." She sees the industry in 5 years as more integrated, more agile, and more human. "I see marketing becoming even more personalised—but with a stronger emphasis on ethics, transparency, and truly understanding people’s needs beyond the numbers."   Ausrine stands up for individuality by creating space for people to show up as themselves. "Whether that’s in a meeting, on a project, or even during a walk through the forest. With a background in math and statistics, I’ve spent a lot of time looking at patterns—but what’s always fascinated me most are the exceptions. I think the things that make us different are usually the things that drive the most interesting ideas." Thank you for everything you do to make RAPP great, Ausrine!
