  • ESC8 was proud to welcome campus leaders from across the region for the 2025 Campus Leadership Summit, a day dedicated to learning, collaboration, and growth. The summit featured an inspiring keynote from Gerry Brooks, who shared practical insights on building strong campus culture, supporting teacher morale, and leading with authenticity and humor. Special sessions were also presented by TASSP (Presenter: Billy Pringle and Carlin Grammer) and TEPSA (Presenter: Mark Terry), offering valuable strategies and resources to strengthen leadership practices and support student success. In addition, participants engaged in meaningful professional development sessions led by our ESC8 Curriculum & Instruction Department, focused on innovative instructional leadership and strategies to empower teachers and students. Attendees also enjoyed a delicious lunch sponsored by Terre Gaston and Sami Devendorf with Horace Mann, and left the event with new tools, fresh ideas, and a renewed sense of purpose. Thank you to the incredible campus leaders who joined us for this impactful day. Together, we continue to build strong schools, and create learning environments where every child can thrive.
