"Wow, that was a truly memorable auto-generated event follow-up email I received from a company that scanned me who-knows-when." Said no conference attendee EVER. Earlier today, Austin Sandmeyer 🔥🎁 posted an awesome video (It's Austin - so it had to be awesome) about nailing event / ABM follow-ups. It reminded me: I got this super cool postcard in my mailbox (the physical one) last week from our very own Danielle Falzone. Here were my reactions (even though I was expecting the postcard): - It caught my attention in a way that none of the 100+ marketing emails that showed up in my inbox could - I didn't just throw it away. I went from "hmmm - what's this" to "ooh - this is pretty cool" - I loved that we didn't sell or pitch anything. Just a cool (and warm!) note saying hello. (AND the Sendoso name / brand is now 'on the radar') - There was a small QR code (well placed and not overwhelming) for booking a meeting - The visual / graphic on the postcard is super aesthetic. Shoutout to Andrea Cuzzupe for the awesome design work! I truly love the postcards functionality our product team has built. While I'm just one data point, it's a simple, effective way to help our customers stand out with their multi-touch marketing campaigns with Sendoso postcards. Coupled with SmartDelivery, it's pretty magical. Here’s to more tactile, thoughtful follow-ups - the ones that feel human and the kind that people actually remember!

6 weeks in, my 'AI for All' report card is looking pretty darn good. And I'm a tough grader. At our monthly Sendoso All Hands meeting (I love the 2nd Thursday of each month!) earlier today, Amir Younes (yeah he's the one with the fancy hairdo) shared the vision and mission of our AI for All initiative, and our progress so far. Vision: For Sendoso to be a leader in leveraging AI as a force multiplier for innovation, operational excellence and human connection. Mission: To responsibly guide and govern the deployment of artificial intelligence at Sendoso while driving scale, productivity, and sustainable/ethical AI innovations OKRs: - Steering Committee – DONE - Investment / Success Frameworks & Governance Policy – Drafted & in review - AI 101 Training – Scheduled - AI/Automation Opportunities – In progress And beyond OKRs, the innovation has been inspiring. Egan Callahan took the session to the next level by showcasing the 'Contract Agent' he built to extract key information from PDF contracts that can help us turbocharge the value we deliver via our customer engagements. Austin Sandmeyer 🔥🎁 cannot wait to get going on this! And if that wasn't enough, Muhammad Ahmed Cheema then BLEW. OUR. Yesterday, every route led to connection. 💜 Executive women from across the Boston area showed up for our in-person Wednesday Women Coffee Chat. ✨ Yesterday was a good one. Big shoutout to Gravity Global for hosting an intimate, high-impact Signals Conference in Minneapolis. The room was packed with sharp marketers, innovators, and builders pushing AI. Some standout moments for me: 🔹 Jeremy Lockhorn brought the 🔥 with some of the most creative AI work I’ve seen! Seriously, go connect with him. 🔹 Rachel (P) Young pulled back the curtain on Computershare’s campaign and how they’re using AI to empower internal advocacy (loved this angle). 🔹 Joshua Stopek showed how HistoSonics is leveraging AI in the fight against cancer — one of the most inspiring applications of the day. 🔹 And I got to share the stage with the incredible 🍏 Megan Klingaman, Regina Dowdell, and Harshal D. where we geeked out on how AI is reshaping GTM across the board.
