Manager of Program Management Location: Melbourne, FL Salary: $140k+ Position Overview: The Manager of Program Management is responsible for program management and is accountable for execution, customer satisfaction and financial performance through the day-to-day supervision of the Program Management Team. Role will facilitate the successful interface between the customer and the internal organization for the planning, processing and implementation of orders. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary interface between the Program Management Team staff and Site / Regional Senior Leadership Establish with the Program Management staff the broad set of requirements that must be met by the functions in order to fulfill the Program Plan Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization Responsible to lead the Program Management team and the programs they are managing Establish the overall program budget and schedule controls for achievement Responsible for managing the cost, schedule and technical performance requirements of multiple programs through all phases from inception to completion Plan the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes to ensure program objectives are achieved. Establish with the staff, effective schedule and cost controls, monitor and assess performance, identify problems, and institute corrective actions as required Responsible for customer satisfaction, which includes maintaining customer communication and overall management of the customer relationship Coordinate or delegate, as required, internal and customer coordination of activities in order to assure performance to plan Coordinate and evaluate with the staff, financial and other trade-off analyses required for reaching decisions with respect to proposed changes in the program Refine the overall Program Plan, as required, to reflect on-going status, achievement and program changes Perform other duties as assigned. Inauguration of the Internal Library, Chihuahua, Mexico. Last week, we enthusiastically celebrated the inauguration of the internal library at plants 1 and 2—a project that is now a reality thanks to the efforts of the Social Responsibility Committee. This initiative was launched with the intention of fostering reading and continuous learning among all our employees. In this first phase, the library has been stocked with books donated by our staff. The initial collection is very diverse, ranging from novels, philosophy, and history to titles focused on personal growth and development. More Than Just a Bookshelf Our Internal Library is more than a simple shelf of books; it's an investment in our collective growth and well-being: -Promotes Continuous Learning: Access to a variety of subjects—from professional development and management to fiction and hobbies—allows us to constantly expand our minds and skills. -Boosts Creativity and Critical Thinking: Reading exposes us to new ideas and perspectives, fueling the innovation we need to solve challenges and improve our processes. -Strengthens Community: By sharing and recommending books, we create a new point of connection and conversation between colleagues from different departments. Today marks 24 years since the tragic events of September 11, 2001. It is a day that lives in the world’s collective memory, one where so many of us can still recall exactly where we were when we first heard the news. In those moments, our nation and the world were changed forever.   Nearly 3,000 innocent lives were lost that day, and countless families were impacted in ways that time can never fully heal. We also remember the bravery of first responders, service members, and ordinary people who became extraordinary heroes in the face of tragedy. Their courage and sacrifice embody the resilience of our nation.   As we reflect on this anniversary, we are reminded not only of the sorrow of that day but also of the unity that followed. Communities came together, strangers supported one another, and a shared spirit of compassion and strength carried us forward.   Today, we honor the lives lost, the heroes who served, and the families who continue to carry the weight of that day. This time, our employees came dressed in black and white. To make the day even more special, we celebrated with games and delicious snacks for everyone. Health, Safety, and Environment Week 2025 Chihuahua sites From August 4 to 11, we at SMTC explored the importance of taking care of ourselves and being more aware of our environmental impact. Through various activities, we also reinforced what matters most to us: the well-being and safety of every one of our employees. Here’s a look at the activities we held: ➡️ Health Fair: This was a dedicated space for every employee, where prevention and care came together to strengthen our daily lives. ➡️Services Provided: -Height, weight, and blood pressure checks -Rapid HIV tests -Pap smear exams -Measles and tetanus vaccinations -Early detection of high blood pressure and diabetes ➡️Talks: -New Masculinities. -Eating Disorders. -Living "As If" presented by entrepreneur and broadcaster Claudia Batista. ➡️Total employees served: 965 received vaccinations for measles and tetanus, and had their glucose and blood pressure checked. 158 received HPV cytology exams. 76 were registered as blood donors. For SMTC, it was an honor to share this week dedicated to each of you. Seeing your enthusiasm and active participation fills us with pride and reinforces our commitment to your well-being. Remember that the safety and care of our health and the environment isn't just a one-week initiative; it's a daily commitment for all of us. Dang Trinh: An Inspiring Leader at SMTC. Dang Trinh joined SMTC as a Manufacturing Engineer in September 2022 and was promoted to Manager in January 2023. His greatest achievement was optimizing the manufacturing process, which resulted in a 28.4% reduction in cycle times and a significant increase in production quality. Dang admits that the transition to a leadership role was a challenge, but he relied on his mentors and adaptability to grow. His philosophy centers on empowering his team to grow and take on new challenges, promoting collaboration and open communication to drive collective success and SMTC's long-term growth. We appreciate your commitment and dedication, as well the way you are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the team´s success. Thank you for being a valuable part of SMTC!

Social Responsibility Committee, Chihuahua, MX. At SMTC, we believe in the power of education to transform lives. Last Friday, July 25, the Social Responsibility Committee delivered a total of 1,984 school supplies to the Club Activo 20-30. They will assemble these into school kits to be donated to vulnerable children in the following areas of Chihuahua city. We are very proud of the incredible generosity of our employees and their donations. Together, we are building a path full of opportunities for children.
