Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and validate ETL/ELT code using PySpark/Python; implement automation for data quality, monitoring, and cost optimization. Design and operate on AWS services (Glue, S3, EC2, DMS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, Athena, QuickSight, CloudFormation, Step Functions, etc.). Perform data audits, ensure privacy/security compliance, analyze trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, architects, testers, admins, data producers/consumers). We are looking for Sr. AWS Glue ETL Developer Location: Remote Job Type: C2C or W2 Note: Candidates must be able to provide a valid passport copy and driver's license for submission.   Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain AWS Glue ETL jobs using PySpark and SQL. Migrate mainframe batch jobs to cloud-native ETL processes. Work with AWS services: Lambda, Step Functions, REST APIs, CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodePipeline. Collaborate across cross-functional teams in a DevOps/Agile environment.   Requirements: Bachelor's (8–12 years) or Master's (6–10 years) in Computer Science or related field. Strong AWS Glue Studio and PySpark experience. Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud-based data pipelines. Familiarity with DevOps tools and JIRA.   Nice to Have: Experience with DB2, JCL, COBOL Copybooks, EBCDIC. AWS/Agile certifications. Background in mainframe modernization and Linux scripting.
