This is what Taskade Genesis is all about 🌱 Turning learning into action and structure into growth. Amazing work, Hiram — your PMP journey embodies the spirit of building, learning, and evolving with Taskade 🧬
I’ve led projects. Scoped deliverables. Built systems. But I never called myself a project manager. This fall, I’m preparing for the PMP exam. I’m following an 8-week study plan I adapted from a coach (shoutout to Gabor Stramb), and I’ve built a custom dashboard (📸 below) in Taskade to track every task, concept, and mindset shift. It’s structured, visual, and designed to keep me honest about what I’m learning and how I’m growing. This week’s focus was Agile and it reframed a lot for me. I explored frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and adaptive methodologies. What stood out most were the features I wish I’d encountered earlier in my career: 💎 Timeboxed meetings and sprints that protect focus 💎 Information radiators that make progress visible 💎 A team culture built on shared ownership and empowered decision-making 💎 The role of the facilitator as a servant leader 💎 The inverted triangle of constraints that prioritizes value over rigidity These aren’t just tools, they’re signals of a different way to lead. One that aligns with how I’ve always tried to show up: clear, collaborative, and purpose-driven. Each week, I’ll share a short reflection: one thing I learned, one thing I wish I’d done differently. This is a way to document the transition: from experience to certification, from instinct to intentionality. #UnofficialToCertified #PMPMindsetShift
