Last week, the ACE Mentor Program of Connecticut celebrated its annual Scholarship and Mentor Awards Ceremony, and Tecton Architects was thrilled to be part of this significant event. We are proud to announce that two exceptional members of the Tecton Hartford team, Emma Cicciarella and Alyzabeth Halmers, were awarded the CT ACE Scholarship. Congratulations to them for their remarkable achievements! We also wish all scholarship recipients the best as they embark on their journeys in the AEC industry. A sincere thank you goes to the mentors for their unwavering commitment to fostering the next generation, which greatly contributed to the evening's success. The Abner Hotel (with Lexington Partners, LLC) received the People's Choice Award – a landmark transformation of the 1888 Litchfield County Courthouse into a 20-room boutique hotel, seamlessly blending historic charm with modern comfort. Fuss & O'Neill Headquarters was awarded Best in Class: Commercial – a sustainable, flexible, and brand-forward workspace that marks the firm’s impactful relocation to Hartford, advancing both client engagement and community revitalization.
