TAT is proud to partner with B'nai B'rith Housing on a new affordable community for seniors and adults 55+ in the heart of Roslindale Square. The six-story, Passive House-designed mixed-use building will feature 41 rental units, 4,250 SF of ground-floor retail, and a design that complements the neighborhood’s character with red brick detailing and stepped massing. As an urban infill project, the development transforms a former parking lot into a walkable, sustainable community just steps from shops, healthcare, and transit, complete with amenities like a rooftop terrace, fitness center, pocket park, and a resident multi-purpose room.
Boston's Squares + Streets rezoning process has run into a few obstacles in some neighborhoods -- and been outright put on pause in spots -- but at least in Roslindale it's starting to bear fruit. B'nai B'rith Housing recently filed plans for a 6-story, 41-unit senior affordable housing building on a parking lot that used to serve a now-closed Bank of America branch in Roslindale Village.
