TAT is proud to partner with B'nai B'rith Housing on a new affordable community for seniors and adults 55+ in the heart of Roslindale Square. The six-story, Passive House-designed mixed-use building will feature 41 rental units, 4,250 SF of ground-floor retail, and a design that complements the neighborhood’s character with red brick detailing and stepped massing. As an urban infill project, the development transforms a former parking lot into a walkable, sustainable community just steps from shops, healthcare, and transit, complete with amenities like a rooftop terrace, fitness center, pocket park, and a resident multi-purpose room.

We’re looking for an Architectural Designer to join our team!   At TAT, we create award-winning designs in several disciplines, including multifamily housing, senior living, hospitality, commercial/mixed-use, historic preservation, and adaptive reuse. This is a hands-on role for a designer who loves collaboration and contributing to projects from concept through construction. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior staff, collaborate across disciplines, and help shape spaces that make an impact.
