During the discussion, survivors courageously shared their personal journeys, and Julia Kepniss, Director of Strategy and Programming at the Brem Foundation, emphasized the critical importance of early detection. This week Bozzuto Construction Company is proud to recognize Construction Inclusion Week, focusing on the theme “Opening Doors: Building a Workplace for Everyone.” Each day, we will share resources and lead discussions to amplify every voice. During National Hispanic Heritage Month, our employee resource group VIDA hosted engaging programming that brought our associates together. Through a cooking demonstration with Chef Gladys Fernandez, a thoughtful conversation with the Latin American Youth Center and gatherings across our markets, our teams were about to connect through celebration and education. We look forward to more opportunities to honor Latino and Hispanic culture throughout the year.

Throughout their thoughtful conversation, he shared insights on emerging technology reshaping our industry, innovative approaches to housing production and the need to expand the supply of affordable housing.
