We're proud to spotlight another one of this year's Lifetime Achievement Award honorees, Jeff Read! 👏 After beginning his career in aerospace, Jeff brought his strategic insight and leadership to Stark Plumbing in 1992, where he rose to become the President in 2015. Under his guidance, the company experienced tremendous growth, launching a service division, expanding into new markets, and tripling sales in under a decade. Above all, though, Jeff has always led with heart. His commitment to employee appreciation and customer loyalty has shaped a monumental company culture of people first. For over 30 years, he has worked to ensure Nelson Stark remains a community partner and a force for good in the construction industry. Congratulations, Jeff! We can’t wait to celebrate your incredible legacy at the Gala this October! Get involved with the Gala at https://bit.ly/3ZBv79N.

Our crews have been hard at work at the University of Cincinnati since last fall on the new dorm project known as Block 1 & 2. We performed the mass excavation, including a large export of excess dirt, site utilities and now, as the building starts coming out of the ground, our plumbing crews can get to work. Block 1 will include traditional university housing with three buildings connected by ground level common space. Block 2 will have one building for apartment style housing. Below are various pics from the initial site work through April.

Groundbreaking celebration at the Hamilton County Regional Safety Complex. Nelson Stark will be doing the excavation and site utilities for this expansion.
