Kids should expect less candy and chocolate, all thanks to his tariffs.   This year's Halloween is expected to be the most expensive yet for purchasing candy. Chuck has covered Congress and national politics for the Associated Press since 2007. He focused on writing accurately and concisely, and on how to pull in readers!
